Returns and warranty information
We aim to provide clear and fair returns handling for diagnostic tools and equipment. The information below outlines our general approach. Specific products may have their own warranty terms depending on the manufacturer.
Items may be eligible for return if they are unused, in original condition and returned within 14 days of delivery. Certain products, such as calibrated instruments or custom kits, may not be eligible once used. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before returning it.
If an item arrives damaged or appears to be faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the issue and arrange repair, replacement or return in line with the manufacturer’s warranty and the nature of the fault.
How to request a return
To request a return, please contact us with the following:
- Order number
- Item being returned
- Reason for return
- Photos if the item is damaged or faulty
We will provide instructions on how to return the product and any steps required for inspection or RMA processing.
Return enquiries
Refunds are issued once the returned item has been inspected and approved. Shipping costs may not be refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
