Trade enquiries and supplier partnerships
MoistureLabz is a UK based specialist store focused on leak detection, damp diagnosis and building moisture measurement. We are building a focused channel for professionals who investigate water related problems in buildings and need reliable diagnostic tools.
We are actively looking for manufacturers, distributors and specialist suppliers whose products fit these areas and who want a partner that understands the work done by leak detection firms, damp surveyors and related trades.
Who we partner with
We are best suited to suppliers who see value in a focused, technical channel rather than a generic tool listing.
We are interested in speaking with:
- Instrument manufacturers that design products for building moisture, damp, leak detection or related inspection work.
- UK and EU distributors or importers that carry suitable diagnostic brands.
- Specialist suppliers who offer complementary tools such as probes, sensors, cases, mounts or inspection accessories.
If your range helps professionals find, confirm or document moisture and leak problems, there is a good chance it fits our focus.
How we present supplier products
Our goal is to present your products in a way that matches real world use, not just drop a specification table on a generic product page.
We group products by:
- Job type, such as trace and access, damp survey or drain inspection.
- Instrument type, such as moisture measurement, thermal imaging, inspection cameras or wall scanners.
- Workflow, from first assessment through to evidence and reporting.
This makes it easier for trade buyers to see where your instrument fits, when it should be used and which other tools it works well alongside.
Where appropriate we will:
- Build job based kits that include your products.
- Highlight the applications where your instruments perform best.
- Link to brand resources such as manuals and application notes.
- Add guidance that helps users avoid common errors in interpretation.
What we look for in supplier partners
We are most compatible with suppliers who:
- Offer reliable, trade grade diagnostic tools that can stand up to field use
- Have a clear story about the intended application of their instruments
- Can support sensible lead times and consistent communication
- Are happy with a specialist positioning rather than a race to the bottom on price
We are comfortable working with drop ship arrangements, traditional wholesale or a hybrid approach as long as service levels and expectations are agreed clearly on both sides.
If you prefer not to drop ship and would rather work on a stock held model, we are still open to discussion, especially for ranges that are central to our category structure.
How onboarding typically works
If there appears to be a good fit, we usually follow a simple process:
- We review your catalogue and select the products that align with leak detection, damp diagnosis or moisture measurement.
- We agree commercial terms, shipping arrangements, any brand or MAP requirements and how after sales support is handled.
- We build out product pages and, where relevant, create kits and workflows that feature your instruments.
- We launch your products inside our specialist structure and begin testing which messages and bundles convert best with trade buyers.
We are happy to start with a smaller selection of products and expand once both sides are comfortable with how the partnership is working.
Why Work with Moisture Labz?
Our aim is not to be another generalist tools site. We focus only on moisture, leak and damp diagnostics and we build around the workflows of the people who do that work every day.
For suppliers this means:
- Your products sit in a focused, relevant context
- You are not buried among unrelated categories
- The customers you reach are more likely to be serious trade users
- There is room for education, not just discounts
If you want a partner that treats your range as part of a specialist system rather than a line item, we would be glad to talk.
